Processing your order can take up to 5 working days because we work on a made-to-order basis. This is an ecological way where we produce your order at the moment we register it, thus reducing our waste.

Returns must be sent back to our head office within 14 days after the package arrives. Returns can be exchanged for shop credit for the value of the returned products. Returning products in discount is not possible. Important: Return costs are not covered by Flâneurshop.

Returns from outside the EU: mark it as gift and put the value at €0.00. We don't accept returns with import tax on it. 5. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your request and send you your shop credit via a link to your email address within 7 working days.
